PartnerPledge™ ensures that we support you with neutral packaging. Unlike many of our competitors, Topaz will not sell any Lamps and Lighting Products or Recessed Downlighting and Fixtures with the Topaz name to your customer or your customer’s customer! We protect your relationship…period.

We are well known for the depth and breadth of our inventory. FullFill reflects our promise to you that we can fill over 99% of the orders we receive from existing inventory, when you need it.

Just give us your order by 4 PM and in most cases, we will get your order out before 5 PM on the same day. Just another way we make sure you can serve your customers better.

If any of our Fittings and Electrical Products fail at any time during the life of the product we will replace it absolutely free. Please ask your sales representative for details.
