Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you. The following terms apply to all orders, except where noted.

Returns

All returns will be handled as promptly as possible. To help expedite the process, please include the order number and packing list with the order. For RGA returns only: all products returned for restocking must be returned freight prepaid. After inspection, returned goods will be subject to a 25% service charge.

Shipping

We stand by  In By 4 Out By 5™. Just give us your order by 4 PM and in most cases, we will get your order out before 5 PM on the same day.

Freight Policy: All orders are shipped freight collect. Full freight will be allowed on orders totaling $750 or more. If orders include fluorescent tubes, the minimum will be $1,200. Freight charges may be deducted only if the invoice is paid within the stated terms.

Damaged Shipments: An attempt to salvage good merchandise is required by the consignee (customer). Once the damage is determined and noted on the Bill of Lading, contact our customer service department at 1-800-666-BULB for processing claim.

Warrantees/Guarantees

Our Topaz Customer Commitment to our Fittings and Electrical Products customers is Guaranteed-4-Life. That’s right. If any of our Fittings and Electrical Products fail at any time during the life of the product we will replace it absolutely free. Please ask your sales representative for details.

For Topaz Lamps and Lighting Products, and Recessed Downlighting and Fixtures, our products have an anticipated average rated life. Please refer to individual product packaging for expected life.

Privacy

Topaz believes the privacy and confidentiality of an individual’s personal information is important. Topaz will not sell or otherwise transfer or disclose personally identifiable information to third parties not affiliated with Topaz without prior consent (except as may be required by law, such as a court-ordered subpoena, search warrant, or other court order; or required by exigent circumstances). That means that Topaz will never disclose your name, e-mail address, street address or phone number to third parties not Affiliated with Topaz without your consent.
